2019, and another great year

Greetings everyone.  Everything has been winterized and put to bed so with that, another fun summer has come to an end.

Monthly Fly-ins Wrap Up for Another Year

We had another great year of fly-ins, and thank all of our member volunteers who helped to make these fun monthly events such a wonderful way to connect with the flying community. We look forward to cranking up our fly-ins in 2020 when we regroup in April for our first of the coming season.

Note: Our regular breakfasts are held the second Sunday of every month (from April to October).

They run from 8:30 to 10:30 am.  $8 (cash only).

Condolences to the family of Al Shantz

In August, members of the Flying Club extended sincere condolences to Pat Shantz on the passing of her husband, Al. A long-time member of the Club, and a keen supporter and contributor, Al was the ever-smiling face at our monthly breakfast fly-ins who was always ready to lend a hand. Al served with the RCAF and was part of the Picton business community. He will be sadly missed.
